Knives are forged by hand by artisan Hoc Kieu. These artisans have long experience, the product is highly appreciated by many chefs when used.
Knife is forged from very high strength carbon steel, VERY STRONG but very susceptible to rust when wet. therefore, you should store it properly: dry the Knife AFTER USE, or apply a layer of oil on the outside of the knife, it also helps prevent moisture from coming into contact with the knife, causing the knife to rust.
The handle is made from walnut, a wood chosen by many knife manufacturers around the world.
The steel is 52100
Total length 240mm, blade 150mm, width 35mm, thickness 2mm.
The knife can be used as a gift for relatives and friends, helping them to cook better.
